Current Make-up
I've been so absent from my blog because university is literally taking over my life! That and my laptop and camera decided to break within weeks of each other. Luckily that problems solved and I have a new laptop and my camera should be here within the week.
Its winter guys and it's really cold (spot the obvious hey!) and that usually means big woolly hats and scarves wrap around our faces. I've never been one for either of those things. Instead you can paint your face like Monet and hope it covers up your terrible winter skin.

I'm wearing L'Oreal True Match Foundation in W4/W5 mixed together (because I really need new foundation)
NYX HD Translucent Powder
Eyes -
Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer Light in Light
Collection Extreme 24Hr Felt Tip Liner
Benefit They're Real Mascara
Rimmel Lash Accelerate

My new camera should be here any day now so keep watching for better quality photos & more blogging yay!

Mini Beauty Haul
Hey Guys! I haven't blogged in a while due to a hectic university timetable but I have been shopping!
I bought myself some new glasses and a lush iPad Mini (check my Instagram)
but I've been buying some gorgeous new beauty products so I thought I'd share them.
Benefit - They're Real Mascara £19.50
I avoided trying this mascara for so long because I couldn't justify the high price but when I gave in and bought I understood the hype! I love it and it WILL be repurchased!
(Price too high? - Try the mini versions sold in Boots)

Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer in Light - Here at Superdrug
I decided to give this under eye concealer a go after watching countless YouTube videos featuring in it. I've used other drug store under eye concealers but I definitely like this one as it suits my skin tone more and covers my dark circles really well!
New MAC lipsticks, Yay!!
I re-purchased So Chaud in Amsterdam recently after losing the one I bought in Canada last summer which I was annoyed about. I love this colour, it's a coral -red.
I really wanted to stray from my comfort zone of red lipsticks so I went onto the MAC website and bought Girl About Town and Flat Out Fabulous.

Girl About Town is a purpley pink amplified colour and Flat Out Fabulous is a retro matte, deep berry colour (my favourite so far).
With Flash - £15 each
Without Flash I previously used a Barry M eyebrow definer gel wand to set my eyebrows but because i was clear it sometimes took the colour of the hairs of my eyebrows so I bought this Benefit Speed Brow. It was pricey at £13.50 for such a small wand and amount of product (3.0g Net wt. 0.10oz) However, I'm impressed with it! Its colour isn't too dark and coats my brows eventually and keeps them set all day. I highly recommend trying this.

The 'No Make-Up' Make-Up Look!
Sometimes it's really nice to get up in the morning, do a full skin care routine and carefully apply your make up for the day. However, being at university usually means late nights and early mornings which don't offer the chance for the most perfect look everyday (I live with 5 boys and I don't sleep well!).
As we all know the weathers getting colder and the parka's are coming out so put your hood, plug in your earphones and get ready for a long day studying!
Most days are no make up days for me but I'll still put on some essentials so my face is completely naked! My 'naked day' essentials are -
- Benefit POREfessional primer
- NYX HD studio finishing powder
- L'Oreal Paris Lumi Magique in 1 Light
- L'Oreal Paris Falsh Lash Telescopic in Magnetic Black
- Maybelline the Colossal Volum' Express Mascara in 100% Black
- Maybelline BROWdrama in Dark Blond
Hair Colour - Nice N Easy Colour Blend Foam Medium Ash Blonde 8A Glasses - Specsavers Parka - Primark Remember, sometimes less is more!

Maybelline Fit Me Review
I've been extremely busy over the past few months and I've neglected my blog which I am sorry for!!
Ill cut the chit chat and dive straight into the review for Maybellines 'fit me' make up. What attracted me to it was the concept of once you find a colour to match your skin tone, you can easily have the power and concealer to match your skin tone without trying them all out.
I found my colour online by choosing 'yellow tones' I feel my skins a slightly bit more yellow than pink due to my olive skin colour which is all natural by the way!
I'm being extremely lazy and blogging from my iPhone so all the photos will be at the bottom for this review, sorry! These are what I purchased from super drug with their 3 for 2 offer across all beauty products. These are the products from left to right swatched and blended on my hand: concealer, foundation then power.
I feel it's a misleading picture of the result on my face due to the poor camera ( my iPhone) however they blend great on my hand and I can tell the affect because I have a large birth mark on my left hand which is successfully covered up by good make up. If any make up can cover that up it can work wonders on my face!
The concealer appears pale on application to my face, however once blended with concealer brush then covered with foundation it helps to reduce redness of spots and dark circles under the eyes! The power is my favourite as its light and a little is needed to take the shoe off your skin.
Overall I'm impressed by this range and would highly recommend it. Will continue to use it for sure, a strong 9/10!
